BankStatementConvtr ("we", "us", "our") operates the website bankstatementconvtr.com. We provide a free online tool to convert bank statement PDFs into Excel and CSV files.

a. Files you upload
When you upload a PDF bank statement, that file is temporarily stored on our server solely to perform the conversion. The file is permanently and automatically deleted the moment your conversion is complete. No copy is retained.
We do not read, analyse, index, or retain the contents of your bank statements beyond what is necessary to perform the conversion.
b. Usage data
We may collect standard server log data including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This data is used for security and performance purposes and is not linked to your uploaded files.
c. No account, no email
We do not require you to create an account or provide an email address to use the tool. We do not collect your name, email, or any other personal identifier unless you contact us directly.
Your PDF is uploaded over an encrypted HTTPS connection and processed on our server, which runs on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure. Your file is never sent to any third-party AI service, OCR provider, or external system. The conversion is performed entirely on our own server.
The resulting Excel or CSV file is made available for you to download and is deleted from our server immediately after your download link is generated.
Uploaded PDFs: permanently deleted immediately upon completion of your conversion. No copy is retained.
Converted output files (Excel/CSV): deleted immediately after your download link is generated.
Server logs: retained for up to 30 days for security purposes, then deleted.
We do not maintain any database of uploaded files or converted output. Once your conversion is complete, no record of your file exists on our system.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS encryption). Files are stored temporarily on GCP infrastructure, which maintains industry-standard physical and network security. Access to server files is restricted to the site operator only.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your uploaded files or their contents to any third party.
If we add analytics (e.g. Google Analytics) or advertising, this policy will be updated to reflect that before any such service is added.
Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy law (GDPR, CCPA, India PDPB) including the right to request deletion of any data we hold about you.
Since we do not collect identifying information and delete all uploaded files immediately upon conversion, there is typically no personal data to retrieve or delete. If you have a concern, contact us at info@bankstatementconvtr.com and we will respond within 5 business days.
EU/UK users: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
This service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We will post any changes to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
